An open-source set of marketing workflows run by AI agents.
one-touch-marketing is an open-source set of marketing workflows run by AI agents, built by Rudra. Twenty-two agents handle search, content and social work step by step: a conductor plans, agents draft, a verifier checks, a person approves, and machines publish and measure.
By the numbers
- agents in the public release
- 22
- packs: core, SEO and social
- 3
- binding rules in the operating contract
- 16
- machine-checkable outcomes for every run
- 6

- 80 to 85%
What it is
A fleet of small single-purpose agents, each one a file and each run one unit of work. The workflow is fixed: plan, draft, verify, approve, publish, measure. Agents do the steps and a person signs off before anything goes live.
Why the approval step stays
Fully automated pipelines get detected and punished. Search engines penalise scaled content, mailbox providers decay sender reputation and platforms ban automated outreach. The approval gate keeps the rankings, deliverability and accounts alive, and roughly 80 to 85% of the labour still automates.
How it holds together
State lives in flat files under version control, so git is both the database and the audit trail. Every agent is bound by an operating contract built around the two ways agents fail, hallucinating and breaking: facts only from files read this run, numbers only from tools, one unit of work per run, nothing published without approval.
Every run ends in one of six machine-checkable outcomes, and failures route to a Telegram bridge. It installs with one command: npx one-touch-marketing init.
